Coloured epoxy resin for high quality multi-layer flooring
Documento sin título
Description
COPSAFLOOR 300 is a coloured, 2 to 4 mm thick floor, based on a two-component epoxy resin and selected aggregates. It exhibits an excellent bondage to the support and high mechanical and chemical resistance.
The type of application and the selected aggregates determine the degree of anti-slide and the roughness of the finishes.

Application procedure
Surface preparation: The application substrate should be highly resistant concrete. It must be totally dry, clean and free from dust, friable material, paints and curing liquids. The superficial texture should be open-poured. Therefore, a previous mechanical preparation of the substrate by abrasive blast cleaning or grinding is recommended. High spots or other existing deteriorations should be previously repaired to achieve a smooth and uniform surface.
Product application: Mix the resin with the hardener homogeneously and spread the first coat (priming) by a metal trowel. Immediately after that, spread the quartz sand aggregate in excess over the surface.
24 hours later, vacuum the treated surface to clean the loose sand and proceed to apply a new coat of COPSAFLOOR 300 (resin, hardener) by a rubber trowel or by a roller.
Tools cleaning: The tools and application equipments are washed with COPSA cleaning solvent, immediately after their use. If the product hardens, it can be removed only mechanically.
