Documento sin título

Description

NIVELPLAN 100 is a screed ranging from 5 up to 15 mm, consisting in a hydraulic conglomerate, selected quartz aggregates, synthetic resins and catalyst admixtures. Once mixed with water, it forms a perfect self levelling screed of small thickness, high mechanical resistance and high adhesion to the substrate.

Classified as cementitious self levelling screed type CT-C30-F7-A22-B2, according to UNE-EN-13813.

Features

  • Easy to handle.
  • Excellent adhesion to cementitious mortars and concrete.
  • High levelling capacity.
  • Fast start up.

Application procedure

Substrate preparation: The support should be sound, clean and free from dust, superficial laitance, loose particles or any other adhesion blocking material, such as slurry, asphalt, grease, etc.

NIVELPLAN 100 must be applied over cementitious mortar and concrete. Please, refer to our Technical Department concerning other types of substrates.

Existing cracks and holes should be repaired at least 24 hours prior to the application, by products within the PREREPAR range.

Priming: It is necessary to use primer PRELATEX SCA300 which will improve NIVELPLAN 100 adhesion to the substrate, will prevent the formation of air bubbles and will prevent dehydration of the mortar during its hardening. For the proper application of the primers, consult the corresponding technical datasheet.

Product placement: Mix 25 kg of NIVELPLAN 100 with 5.5 litres of water, to obtain a homogeneous, lump free mix. The exact amount of water is important in order to block segregation of the product, high shrinkage and resistance drop. It is preferable to perform the pumping using helical pumps of double mixing, which pump from 20 to 40 litres per minute.

Spread NIVELPLAN 100 by hand, using a metal levelling trowel or by pumping before the priming has dried and hardened. Further on, level the structure surface using a nylon hair roller.

NIVELPLAN 100 must be coated with wood, linoleum, cork, ceramics, paint, etc.

Tools cleaning: Tools and application equipments are washed with water immediately after use.

Recommended for

  • Levelling screed for indoors flooring with highly irregular superficial texture finish.
  • A repair and patching system for deteriorated concrete beds and indoor flooring.
  • Smoothing of surfaces prior to the placement of fitted carpets, parquet, synthetic floors, etc.
