Application procedure
Substrate preparation: The application substrate (concrete, mortar, stone, brick, etc.) must be resistant, absorptive and clean. Eliminate loose particles such as oxides, grease, cement grout, dust and other polluters. Prior to application wet the substrate well to saturate the pours. Use compressed air, a sponge, etc. to eliminate the water residuals.
Mortar preparation: Mix the mortar with water at a rate of 4 liters per 25 kg bag, by hand or mechanically, to obtain a paste-like consistency.
Note: due to its high initial resistances, PREREPAR P hardens very quickly so the mixing tools should be cleaned immediately after their use.
Curing: The area should be protected against the extremely fast evaporation using water spraying, wet burlaps or some curing liquid.
Tools cleaning: Tools and application equipments are washed with water immediately after their use. If the product hardens, it can be removed by mechanical means only.
